Tracking

Change of delivery address

If you need to change your shipping address, please ship within 24 hours an inquiry after ordering. Once the order has been shipped, address changes are no longer possible.

Order cancellations

Orders can be placed within 24 hours can be canceled if they have not yet been dispatched.

Undeliverable packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs for re-shipping.
